A new video mixer that lets you mix video in a virtual environment is in the works, according to the developer of a video-mixing software for PC games.
Parasoft’s virtual video mixers, which were first announced in September, will let you mix and play video in virtual environments using a dedicated PC, Xbox, PlayStation or Wii controller.
They also use special software that lets them mix in real-time with an Xbox 360 controller, or vice versa.
Parascreen says the new video-munching software is compatible with the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Its developers also said it has “the capability to play in any virtual environment on any device.”
Parascreens virtual video-spinning mixers will be available for $150, the company said in a statement.
Parabreen was founded in 2007 by three young Canadian men who are now part of a Silicon Valley-based startup called Parabrand.
The company has a strong focus on video-game content.
Its video-video mixer software, which has been available for some time, lets you play video and games on PCs, Xboxes and PlayStationes, as well as with an Nvidia graphics card, Microsoft Kinect or an HTC Vive.
